Support Agreements

Worried that the costs of support for your network could spiral out of control? An annual Maintenance Agreement from ADM gives complete support for your hardware systems in a single annual fixed cost. All Support Agreements begin with a free of charge, no obligation, site survey detailing the present system in place, and is followed by a breakdown report of relevant options and costings for support.

Remote Support

From our Head Office in Kent, our team are able to provide support to clients across the UK and overseas. Whether you require first line support for your users or just 3rd line support/cover for your internal IT team, we can help. All our first line support are Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our 3rd line team have over 40 Microsoft certifications as well as Cisco and VMware accreditations. All calls are logged in our Service management system to ensure maximum efficiency. Our Customer Service Director is constantly monitoring calls to ensure service levels are maintained. We also continuously invest in training for support staff and in equipment and tools to enable us to deliver quality service quickly, plus deliver value for money for our contract clients.

On-site support

We offer a number of different on-site support options dependent on your needs and requirements. For those who prefer regular visits we can offer a fixed cost service, be it for weekly or quarterly. If you prefer a more flexible service then maybe you should consider a Service Level Agreement. You simply tell us how many hours a month IT support you estimate will be required, and we give you the cost. Then each month we review hours used and any unused hours are carried forward or the monthly costs reduced – it is up to you.

24/7 Server Monitoring

Since we introduced our GuardDog Server monitoring service for clients, “server down” incidents have dramatically  dropped therefore resulting in far less down time for clients and reduced costs, as we have been able to reduce service charges for Hardware Maintenance on servers. This service constantly checks a client’s server every 15 minutes, any errors are automatically logged in our CSM system and a job ticket is generated. That means our engineers have often fixed the problem before you even know about it! We currently monitor over 200 servers and are therefore able to offer this excellent proactive service extremely competitively from as little as £1 a day. Clients can receive an email notification each day or a monthly summary.
