We are able a number of different on-site support options dependent on your needs and requirements.
For those who prefer regular visits we can offer a fixed cost service be it for weekly visits or for quarterly.
If you prefer a more flexible service then maybe you should consider a Service level agreement. You simply tell us how many hours a month of IT Support you estimate will be required, and we give you the cost.
Then each month we review the hours used, any unused hours are carried forward to the following month, if you have used more hours than your anticipated allocation then we will make a note and make an adjustment for the following month. At the next review stage we can both agree upon usage and invoicing for the next period.
