Since we introduced our Guard Dog Server monitoring service for clients “server down” incidents have dramatically dropped therefore resulting in far less down time for clients and reduced costs as we have been able to reduce service charges for Hardware maintenance on servers.
The service is constantly checking clients server every 15 minutes, any errors are automatically logged in our CSM system and a job ticket is generated, meaning our engineers have often fixed the problem before you even know about it. The service includes:
