ADM’s relationship with this client, the European arm of a US manufacturer of a portfolio of major FMCG health and beauty brands, goes back to the early 2000s. We’ve delivered numerous projects including a new Cisco LAN and a number of refreshes for back-end infrastructure for servers and storage. We also look after all the firm’s internet communications, and have designed and installed a system in the perimeter security to manage external contractors. Skype for Business for unified communications has also been installed to enable the whole organisation to collaborate irrespective of location, keeping travel costs under control.
Our support contract includes providing a member of staff on-site once a week, supplementing the client’s in-house IT team with specific skills to keep the infrastructure running smoothly. We rotate different members of our: 35 strong support team to cover specific technology expertise, as required.
