| Canterbury based ADM Computing are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join their busy team. This role will primarily be office based and involve providing first line and secondary IT telephone support to businesses across Kent. All calls will need to be efficiently logged into the company tracking system and applicants for this position should have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Due to the nature of this role applicants must be flexible as some weekend and after hours work may be required. In addition to this applicants must be willing to visit customer sites as and when required. The successful applicant will also be required to assist the Internet Services and Network Infrastructure (Cabling) Departments during busy periods. Experience in networking, server/operating systems and application support is preferred and ongoing training is an integral part of this role. | Summary of role and expectations: Responsible for maintaining and administration of ADM’s Unix and Windows web servers, as well as arranging, monitoring and maintaining ADM Broadband services. In addition, you would also assist in specifying, designing and maintaining web sites. The Secondary roles include assisting Service Department with remotely resolving issues at client sites with Windows client server environments. Skills required: Communication skills, ability to learn quickly, enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Windows and Unix environments would be advantageous, but full training on relevant subjects would be arranged for suitable candidates. A degree with IT would be advantageous. |

| Canterbury based IT Services company looking for a Sales Account Manager to compliment our Sales team. Prospecting new and existing customers you will be comfortable making outgoing calls. Knowledge of computing and IT in general is also a bonus however an aptitude to learn is more important. The successful applicant would eventually enjoy a flexible role, which allows for visiting of clients, holding meetings, composing quotations for various IT services. Training is provided within the role, plus you would also receive the back up of the technical expertise of 15 x network engineers. We offer a basic salary with attractive uncapped bonus structure. Ideally we are looking for someone working within a similar role, or at least someone working in telesales who is keen to further their career. |
