The seminar will cover:

• Managing Businesses to avoid Accident Claims and Prosecution
  
  This session will address a company’s health & safety duties, highlighting the new HSE/IoD guidance “Leading Health and Safety at Work”,  new obligations under the Companies Act  and Corporate Manslaughter Act and warning of the penalties for getting it wrong.
  
• Best Practice on How to Avoid Tribunal Claims

The aim of this session is to provide practical tips on best practice and highlight some of the danger areas in an employment relationship.

• Recent developments in employment law and what to look out for in 2009
