09 Mar Using Office 365 to upgrade a solicitor’s IT Infrastructure
This 100 year-old Kent-based firm of solicitors focusses on residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probate. ADM were asked to help them explore the options for upgrading their aging infrastructure.
The Partners wanted to know whether the Cloud was going to suit their business, needing reassurance about some security issues they’d heard about. After discussions with ADM’s IT Advisors, the Office 365 platform was selected as being the most suitable for their needs, and ADM also recommend included on-site storage for files and documents and as a home for the firm’s active directory. This system was installed across the firm’s three offices in Kent.
ADM also worked alongside the client’s line of business software provider and helped to migrate their case management system to the Cloud. All the firm’s PCs were also replaced, moving away from Windows XP, which was soon to be an unsupported platform.
