ADM have been our IT provider for many years. ADM have great mixture of team members. Experienced, skilled, knowledgeable and they propose innovative solutions to intricate IT!
I use and enjoy all of the Microsoft programs that ADM advocate weekly, hourly by the minute. We have an Account manager, a service manager, the MD calls us once a year as a courtesy and we get to know all the team by name over email, teams, phone or in person when hardware is creaking. Most if not all issues are solved before we know it or from the comfort of my own chair, when they remote support my flailing IT skills! They stop short of sending carrier pigeons I believe! I don’t use the term no brainer often. But its not a decision to make. ADM are your IT solution!

From the first point of contact to the last, the service we received from ADM was excellent. An extremely knowledgable team who were happy to guide and advise throughout the process. They took time to understand how we operate and provided bespoke services that are right for us. We have been with ADM now for over 15 years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for our technical support services. First class!

MJ Allen onboarded with ADM in 2016 and have no regrets. I wanted to send a note to let you know that the calm and determined deployment of the tenancy migration to Cloud and security implementation from Andy and Rob has been commendable. To move and secure a live trading environment with multiple inbound data feeds and the volume of data without a critical point of failure is, to a layperson, quite a feat.

Where do I begin?

The biggest change has been our connection with the outside world and the improved layers of security that go with that.

What we have today is a world away from 2015. Giving staff and children the ability to access the internet through wifi and hard wire has changed our teaching and learning beyond recognition. To then bring in Office 365 to access material from the cloud has moved this even further forward and it is simply fantastic to see children accessing a piece of work they started on one computer from anywhere they choose.
