Nathan Brown – 3rd Line Engineer
Nathan joined ADM in 2014, embarking on his professional journey as an apprentice. With unwavering dedication and a keen aptitude for technology, he progressed to the role of a 3rd Line Engineer. In this capacity, Nathan expertly navigates complex requirements and support with all things Microsoft.
As one of ADM’s initial Copilot researchers and testers, Nathan brings a treasure trove of expertise to the table. His contributions are instrumental, firmly establishing him as a pivotal figure within our team.

Andy Cox – Associate Technical Director
Andy joined ADM in 2010 as a First Line Engineer, bringing with him over a decade of IT experience from his time in the NHS. Since then, he has become a cornerstone of the ADM team, progressing to the role of Senior Engineer, then Associate Technical Director.
Andy works on customer projects with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and security solutions. In addition to his client-facing role, Andy plays a pivotal part in ADM’s internal operations, particularly in security and compliance. He contributes as a key member of the ADM Security, Compliance, and ISO teams, ensuring the company meets the highest standards.
When he’s not solving complex technical challenges, Andy enjoys building scale model aircraft and playing guitar, showcasing his creativity and precision both in and outside of the workplace.

There is very limited parking available at Microsoft. Parking at Kingdom Street will be provided on a first come first served basis, bookable through facilities. Please contact reception
The closest NCP car park is in London Street which is off Praed Street.
Another NCP car park is located at Colonnades – Porchester Terrace, Bayswater, London, W2 1AA (Phone: 020 7221 8020). Car Parking is also located on Church Street and Bishops Bridge Road (Opening Hours: 08:00-20:00 hrs, Mon – Sat, closed Sun).
By tube:
Paddington is served by the Circle, District, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City underground lines.
By bus:
Local bus route numbers 7, 15, 23, 36 and 436 all go to Paddington Station.
By foot:
From Paddington Station: Walk along platform 8 about 100m and up the right-hand set of steps. Turn right along the walkway following the Paddington Central signs that leads you alongside a towpath with the canal on your right. Before you reach the footbridge over the towpath, turn left between two large buildings.
