Strengthening your security, simply and proactively. Inforcer for Microsoft 365
In July 2025, ADM Computing is rolling out a new fully managed service for Microsoft 365 customers: Inforcer for Microsoft 365.
Inforcer is designed to give your Microsoft 365 environment the proactive oversight it needs to stay secure, compliant, and in line with best practice as part of ADM’s ongoing commitment to helping organisations navigate a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Unlike some tools on the market, Inforcer is not something you need to manage or configure yourself. It’s a service managed entirely by ADM, designed to work in the background while we handle the complexity for you.
Why we’re introducing Inforcer
The way businesses operate has changed. With more systems and users now cloud-based, protecting the “digital perimeter” is no longer enough. Instead, organisations need to ensure their identity-based security like login policies, device access, and configuration settings are consistently applied, up to date, and not quietly changed or misconfigured.
Inforcer helps ADM do that more efficiently and more effectively.
What does Inforcer actually do?
Put simply, Inforcer gives ADM the tools to:
-
Compare your setup against a secure baseline
We benchmark your Microsoft 365 configuration against our trusted security standards and Microsoft best practice, then flag any risks or misalignments for review. -
Monitor for changes
Inforcer tracks key security settings daily, helping us spot if anything critical has changed – either intentionally or by mistake – so we can respond accordingly. -
Back up your Microsoft 365 security policies
If a policy is accidentally deleted or misconfigured, we can restore a previous version. This is not a backup of your files or emails – it’s focused on your security configurations only. -
Deploy recommended security improvements
As Microsoft rolls out new features and updates, we can push relevant settings across customer environments in a structured, consistent way – always with your approval. -
Maintain visibility and audit trails
Every policy change is logged, giving us and you clear insight into what changed, when, and why.
Why Now?
Microsoft 365 is not secure by default.
While Microsoft manages the underlying platform, it’s down to each organisation (or their IT partner) to configure and maintain it securely. Studies suggest that a significant proportion of breaches are linked to misconfiguration or human error, and with Microsoft regularly introducing new security features and policy controls (many of which require manual review and implementation), staying secure isn’t a one-off task – it’s an ongoing process.
Inforcer helps us take care of that process for you.
Where is your data stored?
Inforcer, and the backups it creates, are securely hosted within Microsoft Azure using UK-based data centres. Your data never leaves the country, and we never hand off management to third parties.
What comes next?
Inforcer will be rolled out to ADM Microsoft 365 clients starting in July 2025.
If you’re not yet working with ADM, but want a clearer, more proactive way to manage Microsoft 365 security, we’d love to hear from you. Contact us for a no-pressure chat.

You can request a recording of our recent walkthrough webinar with Associate Technical Director Andy Cox, where we shared a live demo of Inforcer in action. It’s a great way to see the platform and service in real terms, with no sales pitch – just facts and practical insight.
Final thoughts
Security in Microsoft 365 shouldn’t be guesswork, or something that only gets attention when things go wrong.
Inforcer helps ADM Computing stay ahead of the curve, so your Microsoft 365 environment stays secure, resilient, and aligned with best practice – without adding complexity to your day.
