Some of our team swapped keyboards for workbenches – all in support of a fantastic cause.

A group of ADM volunteers spent the day at the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) village in Aylesford, helping out in the warehouse. Together, we built Solar Tommies, created RBLI pins, assembled boxes, packaged products, and prepared them to be shipped out in time for Remembrance.

It was a brilliant hands-on day that reminded us just how much effort and care goes into the work RBLI do every single week – supporting veterans, people with disabilities, and those facing barriers to work across the UK.

We’re proud to support such an inspiring organisation that continues to make a real difference in people’s lives through employment, housing, and wellbeing programmes.
