We’re always looking for ways to make your experience with ADM Computing even smoother. Our Self-Service Portal is designed to give you more visibility, control, and convenience when it comes to managing your IT support.
Whether you just want to raise a quick ticket or review your organisation’s wider support activity, the portal brings everything together in one easy-to-use place.

Here’s what you can do:
🆕 New Support Ticket
- Log a new issue or request in seconds. Just fill in a few key details and it will go straight through to our Service Desk team.
🎟 My Tickets
- View all your open and recently closed tickets, check their progress, and add updates whenever you need to. You’ll see exactly what’s happening, without needing to chase for updates.
📊 My Reports (for authorised users)
Advanced users can view your organisation’s complete ticket history, including:

A 12-month overview of all support activity

Feedback and satisfaction results from the past year
This helps your team spot trends, track progress, and make informed decisions about your IT environment.
⭐ Events
- Keep an eye on upcoming ADM events – from security briefings to Microsoft 365 workshops. All are completely free to attend and open to our clients.
📢 Service Status Page
- Check live updates on ADM’s systems and major vendor platforms. If there’s ever a known outage or maintenance period, you’ll see it here first.
✍️ Leave a review
- If you’ve had a great experience with our team, you can share your feedback directly through the portal. We read every review and use your comments to keep improving.


Two levels of access
We have created a simple two-tier permissions system for the customers we support.

Standard users can raise and track their own tickets.
-
Authorised/Advanced users can also view all tickets across their organisation and access the reporting dashboards.
